VACATION RENTAL (7-DAY minimum)
A little slice of heaven in Wellfleet. This cozy property has all you need for a relaxing getaway on the Outer Cape and all it has to offer.
Tucked conveniently off Route 6, this 300 square foot condo (recently renovated with new kitchen and bath) is one of several that make up quaint Drummer Cove Condominium community. There are friendly neighbors around but mostly it’s a very private and serene sanctuary where you can watch the shorebirds and the ever changing marsh views from the garden unit. Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the stunning sunset on the exclusive outdoor patio space directly off the living area. Venture down to the cove and walk its shoreline.
Centrally located. Directly across the access road on RT 6 is the bike path, the famous PB Boulangerie Bakery & Bistro and Lecount Hollow Road leading to the national seashore beaches and several kettle ponds. Wellfleet Center is three miles down RT 6 and Provincetown is 25 minutes away.
Ideal for singles or couples. Sleeper sofa allows for the occasional guest. Weekly rentals are Saturday-Saturday, with more flexibility in the off-season.
Please provide your own bed sheets (double bed, queen pullout sofa) and towels. If you are travelling from afar, I can arrange for sheets and towels to be available.
Weekly Rates (plus $100 cleaning fee)
June thru October - $1,200 (Saturday - Saturday)
November thru May - $900 week, or $128/night with 3 night minumum

$650 deposit upon booking and signing of rental agreement. Remainder due two weeks before your rental date.
Prime season cancellation policy - if I’m able to rebook for your time period, I’ll offer a refund. The earlier I know the better.
